We currently only accept online payment with most major credit/debit cards through Protx or PayPal. For security reasons we only allow delivery to your home address/billing address. None of your payment details can be seen by us. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PRESS THE "RETURN TO STORE" BUTTON AT THE END OF YOUR PAYMENT. THIS ENABLES US TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER PROPERLY. We do not accept PayPal E-Cheques, or postal orders.
Postage
For peace of mind all orders are sent using RECORDED DELIVERY at a flat rate of £2.50. If you purchase over £45 of products, postage is completely free! These postage costs apply to the UK mainland only. For other parts of the British Isles, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands etc. please contact us before placing an order for a postal quote. WE DO NOT SHIP TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UK AT PRESENT. If you are outside the UK any order placed wil be refunded and cancelled.
Collecting Your Order in Person.
If you'd like to collect your order from the shop simply choose the "Collect from shop" option during checkout and complete the payment process as normal.
Stock Availability
Whilst we make every effort to make sure that the stock levels are accurate on this website, it is occasionally possible that an item may be unavailable even though it shows as being available. In this instance you will be contacted immediately and given a refund of the unavailable item.
Returns
In the first instance please contact us by e-mail craftambrosia@aol.com or phone 01462 422994 before returning any item.
Refunds
If you change your mind about an item and require a refund you must return the item at your own expense within 14 days of purchase. It must be in its original unopened packaging and in a saleable condition. We recommend using an insured method of postage as we're are not responsible for items that go missing. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are subject to a £1.00 restocking fee.
Faulty Goods
In the rare event that goods are faulty then please contact us within 30 days of purchase to make arrangements to return the goods for either a full refund or immediate replacement. No responsibility is accepted for goods lost in transit while being returned so we suggest you send them using an insured method of delivery.
Cancellation of Orders
In line with the European Directive distance selling regulations you are able to cancel your order within 7 working days. If you wish to do so then please email us with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Your right to cancel is effective from the time your order is placed until 7 days after the day you receive your goods. Please note, however, that our postage and packing charges are non-refundable, and that unless faulty, you will be liable for the cost of returning goods.
Goods must be returned in their original and sealed packaging and in a saleable condition.
