Pigment pearls are very versatile and can be used to make custom colour paints by adding to Blonde Moments Clear Paint base, water colouring with to customise the colour of your paper (must be fixed with hairspray or fixative once dry), brushed over image stamped with Glue Pad for a colourful pearl look and more.
