We aim to give you great customer service, ship your order within 24hrs (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and to bring you good quality, interesting and unusual craft products as well as the better-known and established ones.  We only bring you products which we've used ourselves, that we think are the best at what they do and which represent good value for money. This is why you won't necessarily find entire ranges from one manufacturer, only select products from each range.
